Each piece is handmade in small batches and released a few times a year.
Palace 52 was designed for Palace, Finland's iconic two-Michelin-star restaurant in Helsinki. Its 52 waves refer to 1952, the year the restaurant's building on Eteläranta was completed, and the shape is inspired by chanterelle ridges and the movement of the sea. Each bowl is hand-blown by Antti Torstensson in Sastamala, Finland.
Why bespoke
Great customer experiences are not mass-produced. They are customised, tailored and made for one place: one menu, one room, one team. That is what guests remember and come back for.

Each piece is made by hand by Finnish artisans. Glass is blown at the furnace and shaped by hand while it is still hot, ceramics are slip-cast in plaster moulds and glazed, and porcelain is shaped, fired, glazed and fired again. Small variations make every piece unique.
Our practice
Behind every product, there is an immense amount of work put into it, from first ideation and research, to mould making and finally working with local artisans to bring the idea to life.
