Our Studio
We design and craft every piece in our studio in Lauttasaari, Helsinki. Our space is more than a workshop, it's where we test ideas, refine details, and sometimes host events to get people together and share what we do.

Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Finland typically takes 2–4 business days via Posti. EU orders may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us athello@iisak.comto initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible athello@iisak.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Are your products handmade?
Yes — all our glassware and homeware pieces are handcrafted. Each item may have slight natural variations, which are part of what makes them unique.
