Handmade in Finland

Designed for Finland’s only two-Michelin-star restaurant, Palace. The bowl was introduced in the restaurant in early 2026. Hand-blown in Finland, the Palace bowl draws inspiration from the ridges of chanterelles and the organic movement of the sea. It features exactly 52 “waves,” a tribute to the building at Helsinki’s Eteläranta where the restaurant is located, completed in 1952 just before the Helsinki Olympics.
