Made in Finland, the design draws inspiration from the ridges of the chanterelle and the organic fluidity of the sea. The bowl features 52 “waves”, a tribute to the restaurants building, which was completed in 1952 just before the Helsinki Olympics.
Months of design work and prototyping led to a design that reflects the restaurant’s exceptional dining experience.
